La Tenue d’Eve

(Eve’s Dress)

In 2024, a retrospective surveyed Karen LaMonte’s practice across three decades, bringing together Sartoriotypes, kimonos from the Floating World , and sculptures from Nocturnes and Études. The exhibition introduced a new work of small figurines and was presented alongside works by Paula Anke.

 

Founded in 1833 and reopened after renovation in 2022, the Musée Henri-Martin’s collections span the Neolithic to the 21st century, including major archaeological holdings and numerous paintings.
